hyperDENT® connect
FOLLOW-ME Technology proudly presents its first cloud service. With hyperDENT connect, we offer a data transfer platform that enables the rapid exchange of digital dental production data. Experience a seamless workflow that increases productivity and accuracy.
Our application automatically prepares CAD files sent to the manufacturer, including metadata, which has a very positive effect on the subsequent production process. Our job-specific chat function allows you to communicate effortlessly with the customer, avoiding misunderstandings and speeding up progress. Our notification system keeps you up to date with timely alerts and updates.
A new chapter
There is a market need for CAM software in which ease of use is the central is the central aspect and which is primarily sold in a fixed bundle with milling machines.
FOLLOW-ME! Technology has therefore set itself the goal of establishing two new products on the market with the new hyperDENT® version 10.
With hyperDENT® Express, we are focusing on making it as easy to use as possible, whereas hyperDENT® is designed for maximum flexibility for the user. This means that hyperDENT® Express is the software for users who don‘t want to worry too much about their CAM software, but for whom quick and uncomplicated use of the software is paramount.
hyperDENT®, on the other hand, is the product for users who appreciate the flexibility to configure their own CAM workflow. hyperDENT® will replace the previous hyperDENT® Classic, which has reached the end of its product life cycle after 15 years. On the other hand, it will also replace the previous hyperDENT® Compact (New), which has grown into a fully comprehensive CAM software in the version 9
release series.
hyperDENT® version 10 also introduces the new hyperDENT® Express. The difference to hyperDENT® is a greatly simplified workflow, which has been significantly automated for hyperDENT® Express. No detailed CAM knowledge is required. The focus here is much more on users who want to work without the need for extensive CAM expertise.
A fully guided wizard leads the user through all relevant functionalities. Careful preconfiguration of the process also allows high-precision restorations to be created quickly and efficiently for production on a milling machine. Even indications for singlepart processing such as preforms and composite ceramic blocks can be produced quickly and reliably with hyperDENT® Express.
Innovations from hyperDENT® will also be adopted for hyperDENT® Express in the future. This means that technical adaptations will continue to be developed across all versions.
The new hyperDENT® is used both in dental laboratories and in larger production environments such as manufacturing centers. The newly designed user interface offers high-end users access to the entire range of functions at a glance. Less experienced users who still want to familiarize themselves quickly with CAM have the option of setting the most important and daily required functions in the foreground of the work area. This speeds up the individual workflow and less frequently used features can still be used at any time from a second level. Preconfigured databases enable fast, reliable, efficient and precise production. Predefined templates can be customized and saved according to individual requirements and needs.Thanks to the modular structure, the entire range of indications can be produced with with hyperDENT®. The pure milling process is supported as usual, as is data preparation for the additive SLM process.
Furthermore hyperDENT® can be expanded with the „Hybrid Module“ for processing laser-sintered restorations on a milling machine.

Product highlights:
C-Clamp Integration
A new and improved display of the open holders from various machine manufacturers has been implemented. Revised milling cycles, automatic undercut detection and automated
template assignment when selecting the open holder are now possible.
Blank-Filter
A significantly improved display of the blanks suggestions has been achieved.
The material filters are displayed more clearly. The process has been simplifiedwith the help of an automatic filter function for predefined material information from CAD systems. Further blank databases are available.
Simplified wizard
A very strongly guided workflow through simplified display of the tasks to be completed (margin lines, undercuts etc.) has been introduced. In addition, revised icons provide a more precise representation of the function.
Snap on Attachments with undercut machining::
Further development of the strategy for machining undercut areas using T-slot or lollipop cutters. This option is used when milling Locator®, Dalbo® or similar retaining and connecting elements.
By optimizing the milling cycles, a time saving of 20 percent can be achieved during roughing alone.

Scan, design, produce.
The hyperDENT® Implant Components are the matching hardware for the hyperDENT® Implant Module. The scanbodies are very easy to handle and are compatible with all widely-used lab scanners. They enable highly precise, industrial manufacturing (milling and hybrid manufacturing) within a very narrow tolerance range. This is due to the optimal design of the components which guarantees simple recognition of the position and exact alignment of the implant. This high precision makes our scanbodies perfectly suitable for scanning implant bridges. A wide range of implant libraries and a univeral screwdriver complement our professional implantology offering.
