Hybrid Manufacturing with EP-M150 Metal 3D Printer in Dental Industry
This case study is going to highlight the potential of Hybrid Manufacturing in the dental industry. The dental industry is an excellent example of the need of highly customized hybrid manufacturing parts due to human individuality and companies like FIP Zahnkunst who want to produce highest quality, tailored products for their customer in the most efficient manner. FIP Zahnkunst has noticed in the past a tough labor market situation and increasing costs. PREVIEW hyperDENT V10.1:
The module Production Center will be available with the new version V10.1.
The Production Center enables the outsourcing of toolpath calculations from hyperDENT.
Calculations are processed sequentially in the background while hyperDENT remains fully operational for continued use.
- Run toolpath calculations including multi-stock projects ( in hidden mode( without open hyperDENT)
- Run toolpath calculations on a different PC
- Run toolpath calculations in a sequence – not ALL calculations parallel
- Change priorities of toolpath calculations
- Continue nesting within the original project
This new module option will be available with hyperDENT 10.1 and can be activated with your license.
