hyperDENT Toolbox – Importing exchange geometries
The geometry of the implant connection imported from the CAD system is often only displayed in a distorted form and therefore does not correspond to the real implant system. However, the exchange geometry shows you exactly what the abutment must look like after manufacturing and also contains valuable tips for using the tools during the milling process. Our Toolbox video “Importing exchange geometries” demonstrates the manual and fully automated import process using the CAD libraries from 3Shape and Exocad.

Create and modify connectors
For the calculation of tool paths, it is necessary to create connectors directly after importing STL data. Our toolbox video “Create and modify connectors” demonstrates the powerful functionality of hyperDENT.

PREVIEW hyperDENT V10.1:
The module Production Center will be available with the new version V10.1.
The Production Center enables the outsourcing of toolpath calculations from hyperDENT.
Calculations are processed sequentially in the background while hyperDENT remains fully operational for continued use.
- Run toolpath calculations including multi-stock projects ( in hidden mode( without open hyperDENT)
- Run toolpath calculations on a different PC
- Run toolpath calculations in a sequence – not ALL calculations parallel
- Change priorities of toolpath calculations
- Continue nesting within the original project
This new module option will be available with hyperDENT 10.1 and can be activated with your license.
